Terms and Conditions - Dream Clean Solutions

Welcome to Dream Clean Solutions. By booking and using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
   •    We offer professional cleaning services as described on our website or service agreements.
   •    The scope of work, pricing, and scheduling will be agreed upon before service confirmation.
   •    We reserve the right to decline service if conditions at the property pose a risk to our staff.

2. Booking & Payment
   •    Appointments must be scheduled in advance, and payment is due at the time of booking or upon service completion, as agreed.
   •    We accept [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit cards, online payments, cash].
   •    Recurring services will be billed as per the agreed frequency (e.g., weekly, biweekly, monthly).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   •    Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
   •    If canceled within 48 hours, a [X]% cancellation fee will apply.
   •    Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.

4. Access to Property
   •    Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter, a lockout fee may apply.
   •    If keys, access codes, or special instructions are needed, they must be provided in advance.

5. Customer Satisfaction & Complaints
   •    If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 2 hours so we can address any issues.
   •    We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints but do not guarantee refunds or re-cleanings in all cases.

6. Liability & Damages
   •    Our cleaners take great care to avoid damage; however, in the rare case of an accident, we must be notified within 2 hours of service.
   •    We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or fragile items.
   •    Clients should secure valuables and fragile items before service.

7. Health & Safety
   •    We do not clean hazardous materials, biohazards, or homes with infestations.
   •    If conditions are unsafe for our staff, we reserve the right to cancel the service without a refund.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality
   •    We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   •    Any personal or sensitive information shared with us will be kept confidential.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
   •    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
