Refund Policy – Dream Clean Solutions 

At Dream Clean Solutions, we strive to provide excellent cleaning services and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our clients and our business.

Refund Eligibility
   •    Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before the Scheduled Cleaning:
   •    Clients who cancel their appointment at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees.
   •    Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of the Scheduled Cleaning:
   •    If an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the cancellation fee as outlined in our cancellation policy will be deducted, and any remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion.
   •    Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows:
   •    If an appointment is canceled on the same day or our team arrives but cannot access the property, no refund will be issued.

Processing Refunds
   •    Approved refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days to the original payment method.
   •    Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
